Albertsons launches its own retail media network

Albertsons has launched its marketing network to promote digital advertising and other branded content in CPG companies, according to a media statement Thursday.

Albertsons Media Collective will be led by Kristi Argyilan, formerly of Target’s Roundel advertising business, and will begin advertising campaigns on February 27, 2022.

Albertsons is ending its relationship with news company Quotient and is launching its own media business as major retailers look to grow their brands with advertising services backed by their first-class data.
