Oracle Data Cloud to Help Taboola Evaluate Ad Viewability

The discovery platform, Taboola, has recently announced its integration with Moat by Oracle Data Cloud (ORCL). ORCL being attention analytics will provide Taboola advertisers with the ability to buy video impressions. This would be on the outcome-based system and include viewable or video completion events. With this collaboration, Taboola video advertisers and marketers can pay only for impressions that would meet the desired outcome.
