According to a press release, RafterOne, a provider of Salesforce-focused e-commerce solutions, has been acquired by Interpublic Group (IPG). The deal’s financial details weren’t made public.

To enhance Salesforce capabilities across the network, RafterOne will be paired with IPG’s customer experience and commerce shop MRM. More than 500 employees work for the agency globally, and its founders are members of several Salesforce advisory boards.

RafterOne works with both business-to-business and business-to-consumer brands; among its previous clients are Sketchers, Kind Snacks, and The Company Store. As marketers demand e-commerce transformation, more agencies are attempting to strengthen their cloud-based offerings.
