Calix, Inc. has launched new capabilities in Calix Operations Cloud (Operations Cloud). With this launch, Calix gives broadband operations teams the subscriber intelligence and network insights they need to go from being reactive to proactive.
With the Intelligent Access EDGE and Revenue EDGE integration to Calix platforms, broadband service providers (BSPs) will have visibility across all of them. The proactive intelligence, network health monitoring, and end-to-end visibility in Calix are now available to broadband service providers. Calix claims that by determining the direct subscriber impacts and examining historical trends to prevent problems, Operations Cloud can streamline operations and provide subscribers with a positive experience at scale.
