HCL Technologies (HCL) has unveiled X by HCL Technologies (X), a new digital engagement platform that allows brands to increase consumer loyalty and conversions through tailored omnichannel marketing.
The company said in the announcement that to produce a unified perspective of the consumer, HCL X combines multiple digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, and social media feeds.
According to HCL, this allows marketers to gain access to data-driven insights that allow them to improve the consumer experience and unlock the brand’s potential. The main purpose of X is to generate two-way, in-the-moment engagement that strengthens consumers’ relationships with companies and converts users into advocates.
