Yelp has recently announced that it has introduced a range of updated features in its products. This is to help local businesses and SMBs to compete in the current virtual economy – as they highly rely on foot traffic or human contact for day-to-day operations.
The company is aimed at enabling service organizations to move into the omnichannel fulfillment effectively. It has also confirmed that Yelp Connect, as a free tool, is available for interaction and to communicate updates to the users’ customers.
Besides, Akhil Ramesh, Consumer Product Head at Yelp, mentioned in a statement, “These new features will enable consumers to find businesses that offer the services they need.”
