Spectrio, provider of comprehensive digital signage solutions, has announced that it has acquired Ping HD, a digital signage company based in Denver, Colo.
This is the company’s first acquisition in 2022, and it expands Spectrio’s digital signage footprint by over 35,000 displays. The acquisition fits well with Spectrio’s goals to grow their enormous digital signage footprint and link our products and services with new users, according to the firm.
After the acquisition, Ping HD clients will be able to create, manage, and distribute digital signage content from anywhere using the company’s own cloud-based content management system. The acquisition brings the total number of digital signs screens in the company’s global network to over 161,000.
