Persistent Systems has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire MediaAgility, based in Princeton, New Jersey. The acquisition aims at strengthening Persistent’s ability to execute cloud-based digital transformation journeys for global clients.
According to Sandeep Kalra, CEO of Persistent Systems, the acquisition of MediaAgility expands on the company’s existing partnership with Google and lays the groundwork for a dedicated Google business unit focused on verticalized solutions. This aligns with Persistent’s strategy of acquiring relevant skills across key hyper scale partners.
