Ivy.ai, Artificial Intelligence chatbot and live chat platform, has announced the launch of Genie, a self-building chatbot technology that enables organisations to quickly build pre-trained, conversational chatbots that understand unique content.
Genie by Ivy.ai aims at creating bot knowledge automatically by crawling a business website, knowledge base, and other documents.
According to Ivy.ai, Genie will be preloaded with training data, removing the need for lengthy questionnaires or templates that require constant maintenance. The company will leverage the chat-bot technology to get businesses up and running, and customers can then modify and configure their bots using Genie.
