Commercetools and Digital River have launched an independent software vendor (ISV) relationship. Digital River is a worldwide commerce enabler for well-known and quickly expanding brands.
The agreement incorporates the eCommerce platform for B2C and B2B customers from Commercetools with Digital River’s Global Seller Services for tax, payments, compliance, and fraud mitigation. Digital River assumes the financial and regulatory obligations associated with conducting online business as a provider of Commercetools merchant of record solutions.
In a statement, Digital River claimed that the two businesses will work seamlessly to create outstanding shopping experiences at every point of contact with customers on a worldwide scale.
