BuzzShift, an industry-leading full-service marketing agency, and business consultancy, announces it has been acquired by New Orleans-based Blue Cypress.
BuzzShift will be joining the Blue Cypress family of companies, which includes brands such as rasa.io, Sidecar, and several partner-network companies. As per the terms of the agreement, Grant Denton will continue serving as Managing Director, and Cameron Gawley will remain as CEO.
