Accenture has announced that it has agreed to acquire Maihiro, the CRM consulting firm, to reinforce its customer experience. With this acquisition, Accenture will be able to help its clients with improved customer optimization, marketing transformation, and on-going enhancement services. It will help the business to evolve with upgraded SAP capabilities. 

Uwe May, CEO of Maihiro, mentioned, “Like Accenture, we are committed to guiding clients in marketing, sales and customer service, and developing and implementing competitive strategies that increase their performance.”  The collective capabilities of both companies will benefit clients to manage CX and CRM offerings, along with integration with SAP S/4HANA and intelligent technologies to provide end-to-end innovation.
