Softserve, a leading digital expertise and consulting company, has announced the appointment of industry veteran Ehshan Lam as Head of Product and Design for the APAC Markets . Ram brings over 15 years of experience building innovative products, services and operations for Fortune 500 companies, investors and government agencies. The hiring comes as the company expands its global capabilities and strengthens its international leadership team.

Prior to joining Softserve, Lam was Design Director and Digital Expert at McKinsey & Company in Singapore. He has pioneered new execution capabilities for multiple digital, design and corporate ventures serving markets across Asia Pacific. Lam was also an early regional adopter of IDEO, a global innovation consulting firm. He promoted the development of human-centered design as a core concept of government services and health care systems. He also led new product development and strategic transformation.

Lam has worked in the financial services, consumer retail, energy, travel, transportation logistics and healthcare sectors in Silicon Valley, Tokyo and cities in Southeast Asia. He built strong cross-functional teams and developed organizational capacity building programs to drive achievable outcomes. Ram leads Softserve’s global design initiatives and strategies.
Lam graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s degree and a cum laude. He currently resides in Singapore.
