Instill.so (“Instill“), a SaaS-based skill-sharing platform that connects employees to help them learn from each other, announced today that it has formed an initial Advisory Board. Instill will also take applications for its first Beta customers in the coming weeks.

  • Miles Jennings is the President and Founder of Recruiter.com Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: RCRT) with deep experience in talent acquisition and employee matters, capital strategy, product development, and digital marketing.
  • Preston Junger’s global sales experience as the SVP, Sales & Partnerships at 7shifts and his history with large tech brands like Apple, Yelp, and Yahoo will be vital to building Instill’s market strategy.
  • Tonya J. Long, CEO of Match & Cover, will lend her expertise of more than 20 years, driving product delivery teams in high-tech enterprise companies to Instill’s go-to-market delivery operations.
  • Corinne Murray has been a workplace and experience strategist on the cutting edge of culture and workplace innovation, for over ten years. She is currently the Founder of Agate Studio and is the Lead Strategist at Purposeful Intent
  • Omar Ramirez brings over a decade of experience across high-growth tech companies (Stripe, Dropbox, Miro, and many more), is an expert in workplace innovation, and is the owner of Affordances.
