Fingerpaint , the global biopharmaceutical marketing partner for integrated analytics-enabled solutions, announced its acquisition of Engage , an award-winning healthcare marketing firm based in London. Details of the transaction were not released.

Engage will expand Fingerpaint’s European presence and complement its current analytics and data expertise.

Mary McGregor and Dave Chandler , founders and managing partners of Engage, will continue to run day-to-day operations.
