Google has rolled out enterprise messaging capabilities in Maps and Search. This will allow all types of businesses to connect directly with customers. Business Messages will also be available on mobile websites to make it easier for customers to message right from the website. The new capability also adds smart replies, product carousels, and unique welcome messages. Google also said that the new service can make a smooth transition from automated replies to a live agent if needed.
