TikTok has announced a number of new features to commemorate Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
The new features include a showcase of API creators as part of its ‘Trailblazers’ program’s next stage, as well as new in-app stickers to allow users to participate. TikTok’s Trailblazers programme is the main focus; TikTok has chosen 12 API creators to participate in this year’s promotion, and each of them will be showcased in the app throughout May.
The company also plans to promote song playlists that involve API talent, as well as new stickers that users may utilise to engage in the event by adding to their content.
