TikTok Offers Advice for Brands Wanting to Join Super Bowl App Discussion

TikTok has released suggestions for brands looking to capitalize on the Super Bowl hype within the app, including how to make the most of the app’s various trends and features in efficient and interesting ways.

According to TikTok, “57% of TikTok users watch sports content on TikTok every week, and TikTok is 1.2x more likely to be the sole focus while using, vs. video streaming platforms.” TikTok also points out that a lot of athletes upload behind-the-scenes videos to the app, and that users can follow a variety of trends related to all the major events, including sporting events.

To maximize reach and resonance, TikTok advises brands that already have a TV ad or related initiative to think about posting it to TikTok as well.
