TikTok Launched Creator Marketplace API for Easier Brand Collaboration

TikTok is making its Creator Marketplace API available to outside developers in order to help facilitate more brand/influencer partnerships. This will allow a variety of third-party companies to integrate TikTok’s creator listings into their platforms. 

In 2019, TikTok debuted its Creator Marketplace, which allows companies to search through registered TikTok creators and pitch them with campaign collaboration ideas. 

The platform is a fundamental factor in TikTok’s broader monetization push, which is crucial to its continued growth strategy since currently, TikTok creators can make a lot more money on YouTube and Facebook’s platforms rather than by the traditional ad revenue programs in each individual application.
