Snapchat will now be able to simplify additional audio creation options within Snaps with a new agreement with NBCUniversal, which will allow Snapchatters to import audio clips from a series of popular TV shows and movies within their Snaps.
It can be a popular addition, with easy access to a list of audio captions from shows to add another angle to your conversations.
Establishing direct links gives the publisher more control and insight into the use of the content, and that additional usage data, which will return to NBCU, will also allow it to enter into growing trends, acquire future license agreements, etc.
