The company is offering a dynamic assistance capability that leverages initial integrations with personalization solution provider Conversity and conversational AI technology provider Creative Virtual.
According to SMG, Dynamic assistance will combine Creative Virtual’s conversational AI with Conversity’s guided selling to detect customer needs ahead of time, allowing marketers to close the loop and record actionable customer feedback during the visit.
