An AI-Driven WhatsApp for Business Chatbot Service for the Hotel Industry in the Middle East and North Africa has been introduced by Prism Digital, a digital marketing organization in the United Arab Emirates.

According to the company, a chatbot for WhatsApp for Business may completely change how a hotel interacts with its clients and responds to their needs. The new function, known as the WhatsAppotel Chatbot, may be trained to talk in more than 50 languages and can therefore link the hotel with prospective guests and visitors in their native tongue.

Hotels may communicate with visitors and intelligently and fully automate their responses to their enquiries using WhatsAppotel Chatbot, claims Prism Digital.
