Twitter is adding more options to its Professional Accounts tools, with new, variable link CTAs now being rolled out to business users in the app. Twitter is introducing a brand-new profile “Spotlight” option that allows users to select from a variety of CTAs for a large button on their profile page.
A variety of text possibilities will be available on the new link CTA button, which may offer another approach to increase direct traffic from a user’s Twitter profile and improve the options available through the Professional Account. Selected brands participated in the initial beta testing of Twitter’s Professional Profiles in April of last year.
The option was later made available to all brands and creators by Twitter in March, enabling all companies to add numerous extra information panels to their primary Twitter pages.
