In order to assist Facebook and Instagram customers in more effectively resolving account-related difficulties and complaints, Meta has announced that it is creating a new customer-service section.

Many users have expressed their unhappiness at not being able to contact anyone at the company for important issues, such as account bans, content removals, ad troubles, etc., and have asked for a dedicated customer service component.

Through its Help forums, Meta does offer some ways for users to get support, and there are some ways for marketers to get in touch as well. The company claims that its Oversight Board has repeatedly advised adding additional human support, urging Meta to offer more channels for appeal in order to get rid of misunderstandings and fix AI moderation mistakes.
