McorpCX, a customer and employee experience consultancy, has announced the acquisition of UK-based myCXvision, a customer experience management assessment and planning
platform.
The terms of the transaction have not been revealed. The acquisition will help McorpCX
strengthen its experience management solutions portfolio.
The acquired technologies and services will be integrated into McorpCX’s existing customer
experience capabilities maturity offerings, focusing on the Experience Operating System
(XOS).
