Hakuhodo, Japan’s second-largest advertising company, has acquired shares in Thai digital agency Winter Egency. W/E is a prominent digital agency that has grown steadily since its establishment in 2007. The company provides a wide array of services, from digital marketing strategy building to content production, digital media buying and planning, and social media management.
With a diverse portfolio of global as well as local clients, W/E has previously collaborated with the Hakuhodo Group on multiple projects.
This acquisition will bring Hakuhodo’s knowledge of digital advertising and data-driven marketing with the integrated implementation and planning expertise in the Thai market will enhance W/E’s solutions to drive real business impact for the clients.
