Narrative, a firm that simplifies the acquisition and selling of data has secured $8.5 million in Series A funding. The funding round was led by G20 Ventures with additional funding from existing investors. The firm plans to use the newly raised capital to increase the workforce in areas like product, engineering, sales and marketing.
Narrative has also launched Data Streams Marketplace that makes the data acquisition experience effective with an easy-to-use e-commerce workflow. It allows seamless browsing and purchasing of the data. The Data Streams Marketplace is part of the Narrative Data Streaming Platform, which includes a comprehensive set of solutions for data discovery, onboarding, enrichment, identity resolution, and privacy and compliance.
