Simpli.fi, the agency management software and programmatic advertising software, announced that it has received a significant investment from Blackstone at a valuation of US $1.5 Billion. Alongside existing investor GTCR, Blackstone has become a majority shareholder in the firm.

The suite of ad buying software, as well as the mission-critical workflow of Simpli.fi, enables media groups and agencies to manage their core operations more efficiently.
