MessageGears has announced that it raised USD 62 million in a funding round led by Long Ridge Equity Partners. With the funding, the business intends to offer features like customer segmentation and personalized marketing messages.

The platform, which uses data stored in existing data warehouses, can plan the delivery of messages via various channels (such as email and text). The most recent growth round for MessageGears included participation from Argentum Group and Atlanta Ventures, bringing the start-up’s total funding to just over USD 80 million.

Angad Singh of Long Ridge joined the board of directors of MessageGears as a result of the fundraising.
