Arqit Limited, the quantum encryption marketing technology company, has recently announced the launch of the first version of QuantumCloud™ 1.0. It is a platform‑as‑a‑service software that enables consumers to secure the communications channels and data of any edge, end-point device, and cloud.
Arqit said that the service combines transformational and unique features in both quantum and traditional cryptography. In fact, this will allow customers to secure devices by providing a robust device authentication capability.
As explained by David Williams, Chairman and CEO at Arqit, “A growing number of customers in many sectors are now getting exposure to the transformational levels of security that can be provided by QuantumCloudTM.”
