The company today announced the acquisition of Telestax Inc., a global leader in providing communications platform as a service (CPaaS) support and applications to the communications industry .
The acquisition enhances Mavenir’s omnichannel messaging monetization and customer interaction product- Mavenir Engage in the following ways :
