President Trump has finally agreed to the takeover deal by Oracle. The tech firm has recently submitted its agreement documents for the takeover of the TikTok US operations – securing the platform’s future in the country.

There has been a long-going tension with the app as per the concerns of the US Government with TikTok (could be) sharing data with China. As mentioned by Donald Trump in a statement, “I have given the deal my blessing, if they get it done, that’s great, if they don’t that’s okay too. I approved the deal in concept.” This is enough for TikTok to come to a statement over the new plan.
