Semantix, Latin America-based integrated data platform, has announced the release of Semantix Analytics Chat, a new feature that enables users of the Semantix Data Platform to gain analytical insights into their business’s performance via an easy-to-use chat interface.
The company claims the new technology is powered by Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology, which gives accurate and quick responses to frequently asked business inquiries.
Once granted access, users can open WhatsApp and begin typing or speaking their query aloud to a smart home device. Artificial intelligence is used to generate descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive responses. Semantix Analytics Chat is now available to all Semantix Data Platform users (SDP).
