Playvox, a provider of workforce engagement management (WEM) solutions for the digital-first and CRM-centric contact center, has announced a new AI-based SaaS product.

After Playvox acquired Prodsight and integrated it into the acclaimed Playvox Quality Management platform, the new offering called AutoQA, is said to increase the effectiveness of Quality Assurance (QA) efforts. Playvox has an ambitious plan to implement a thorough approach to quality automation, which will include direct automated scoring into a customer’s existing form, topic identification by automatic topic analysis, and compliance score generation.

The company will roll out AutoQA in stages, starting with convenient access to sentiment analysis from within the Playvox Quality Management solution for 100% of customer support interactions.
