Liquid Media Group Ltd., an entertainment company for independent producers and content creators, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with Vuulr, a global B2B digital content marketplace for the acquisition and distribution of film and TV rights.
According to Liquid Media, the deal with Vuulr is the first to make use of the firm’s full-service offering, which connects partners and portfolio firms of Liquid through their network of services.
In order to enable traditional and Web3 crowdfunding for Vuulr projects, the collaboration agreement requires Liquid to provide alternative funding options to the platform’s sellers and buyers through integration into the content financing market.
