China’s copyright regulator says the country will improve copyright protection live streaming, sports and e-commerce events by 2025.
Copyright protection will be strengthened and enhanced in new areas and industries, as per the 14-Year Five-Year Copyright work issued by National Copyright Administration.
As per the plan, the development and use of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and blockchain will be strengthened and copyright protection at sporting events, variety shows, livestreamings and e-commerce platforms will be enhanced.
