AUDIENCEX and MBuy have announced a strategic merger. This partnership aims to provide tech-driven strategy, media, and creative solutions for brands and agencies that unify digital and traditional channels with integrated performance solutions.

MBuy, previously part of Mediaocean for 14 years, has planned and executed over USD 400M in paid media investments across various industries and advertiser verticals.

The integration of MBuy into AUDIENCEX will see the former operating as a standalone entity. They will have a combined team of 65 working out of Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City offices.

The merger will unify two exceptional, performance-driven teams while creating exciting new employee opportunities.
