The partnership will help 8×8 Contact Center clients by providing a single source for the deep integrations and the cloud-based contact center solutions for Workforce Management solution of Verint. 8×8 is known for its Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact as a Service sector (CaaS) solutions. The cloud communications and contact center solution combines business collaboration, communications, omnichannel routing, analytics, etc., to improve customer and employee experiences.
