The performance marketing agency, Visiqua recently announced the acquisition of ROI Verify. It is technology innovation organization that focuses on improving lead conversion, quality, and net revenue by building products that leverage the latest innovations in AI and data.
The two organizations have partnered for multiple projects in the last two years. ROI Verify has created product solutions that encompass integrations with voice assistants like Alexa and Google Home, AI-fueled call bots, and has recently added RCS messaging service. Visiqua is set to build a new division called Visiqua Innovation Labs after the acquisition of ROI Verify.
