Today’s new normal makes digital marketing mission-critical for business success. In fact, 91% of top-performing marketers agree that creating and delivering digital experiences is the most important factor in driving future revenue growth.
That’s why today ON24, the technology leader helping businesses innovate their marketing through interactive, data-rich digital experiences, announced the launch of the ON24 Center for Marketing Transformation (CMT) and hire of former Forrester-SiriusDecisions analyst Cheri Keith as its head of strategy. Under Keith’s leadership, the CMT will empower its network of over 2,500 customers with the resources and expertise they need to build resilient revenue marketing strategies.
“I founded ON24 with a singular goal: help businesses succeed in the digital world. The Center for Marketing Transformation builds on that vision, giving marketers the strategies, processes, and technology they need to drive change and create lasting impact,” says Sharat Sharan, CEO, and Founder, ON24. “We are thrilled to add Cheri to the ON24 team to help our customers evolve their marketing now and for years to come.”
The center will provide strategy services, develop expert content and offer certifications in digital marketing. These elements are all designed to help marketers create integrated digital experiences, optimize the buyer’s journey, and generate predictable, sustainable pipeline, even during uncertain times.
“I’m proud to join ON24 and arm our distinguished customers with the strategies they need to make smarter marketing decisions,” says Cheri Keith, Head of Strategy, ON24. “By creating a resilient marketing mix, B2B marketers will not only be able to navigate through our current crisis, but they will also be able to future-proof their revenue and business.”
Keith comes to ON24 from Forrester-SiriusDecisions, bringing more than 15 years of client advisory, industry research, and marketing experience to the company, including 5 years on SiriusDecisions’ Demand Services team. She previously led public relations, analyst relations, and marketing communications at Digital Guardian, formerly Verdasys, and Ipswitch, Inc. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University with a bachelor of arts degree in French language and literature.
