Omnicom Group Inc. has announced Transact, a dedicated practice focused on connected-commerce consulting and eRetail execution services.
Transact will take use of Omnicom’s recently announced agreements with Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, and Walmart Connect to boost sales and increase market share on eRetail platforms. “The growth and transformation goals of our clients are centered on e-commerce and e-retail.
According to John Wren, Chairman and CEO of Omnicom, “by scaling Transact, the company is increasing the leadership capabilities for clients, assisting them in transforming every consumer touchpoint into a new opportunity for growth.”
