RingCentral, Inc., a provider of global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration, and contact centre solutions, has announced its new Device as a Service (DaaS) offering.

The new offering will enable businesses to procure and deploy phone, video, rooms, and contact centre hardware from leading manufacturers, such as Logitech, Poly, Jabra, and Yealink. The company claimed that DaaS will make it simple for customers to add the appropriate hardware options to their RingCentral MVP, Rooms, or Contact Center solutions at a low upfront cost with streamlined procurement from a single vendor.

Customers will be able to access video experience in a conference room as they do in their home office or while on the go thanks to DaaS, which expands RingCentral Video and Rooms offerings.
