Tequity, an M&A advisory firm with an exclusive focus on global enterprise cloud, software, and digital transformation companies, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to California-based Foundry52, a world-class consulting firm specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Financial Force implementations in their acquisition by Montreal-based Diabsolut, a leading expert in Field Service Management and Salesforce gold consulting partner.
