Customer engagement platform for consumer brands MessageGears has announced the closing of a USD 62 million growth financing round. Argentum Group and Atlanta Ventures joined Long Ridge Equity Partners in leading the round.

Since its founding in 2011, MessageGears has now secured USD 80 million in funding. Enterprise marketers can engage with their customers in highly personalized ways across email, SMS, and other channels by utilizing zero- and first-party data on MessageGears’ platform.

With a focus on enhancing its mobile channel capabilities, growing its global presence, and opportunistically exploring acquisitions that are in line with its long-term vision, MessageGears will use the funds to accelerate innovation of its technology platform.
