iStock, an e-commerce platform, has released a research report led by its creative insights platform, VisualGPS, to guide and inform businesses’ marketing strategies prior to 2023 in order to help small and medium-sized businesses understand consumer sentiment in the current economic climate.

According to VisualGPS, consumers’ top global concerns are inflation, rising prices for goods and services, and climate change. More importantly, people are still redefining and prioritizing what wellbeing means to them.

According to a survey, the majority of people (63%) say they want to achieve a better work-life balance, followed by physical health improvements (59%) and spending more time with loved ones (52%).
