Drift, a conversational marketing company, has unveiled the Drift Conversation Cloud at its FLASH Miami customer event.
The product will be a blend of the company’s core software packages: Conversational Marketing, Conversational Sales, and newly launched Conversational Service.
According to Drift’s chief product officer, Leo Tenenblat, the Drift Dialogue Cloud will enable organizations to create tailored e-commerce experiences at all stages in a customer session. He explained that the tool accomplishes this by combining sales, marketing, and customer support.
