Zoom Unveils Zoom Whiteboard_ Gesture Recognition among Several Updates

A virtual whiteboard and gesture detection are among the improvements and new capabilities introduced by Zoom. Zoom IQ for Sales, which employs AI to analyse calls, is one of the new features.

Zoom has introduced Gesture Recognition, which means that instead of clicking on a reaction, users may raise their hand or give a thumbs up to have that reaction shown in the call. For the time being, it’s confined to just two motions and requires client version 5.10.3 or later.

At the client level, it’s deactivated by default, but users can enable it at the account, user, or individual level. Zoom Whiteboard, which is integrated with Zoom’s desktop client, Zoom Meetings, and Zoom Rooms, has also been released.
