Zoom leverages brand partnerships to boost growth and new product development

In order to reach audiences abroad in countries like Japan, Germany, and France and to introduce fresh products to new customers, Zoom has been in growth mode for the past year.

Zoom started a global campaign earlier this year to persuade users—old and new—all over the world of its capabilities beyond video conferencing. The campaign highlighted products like the intelligent conversational chatbot Zoom virtual agent, Zoom team chats, and more.

According to Steve Rutherford, managing director of client services and strategy at marketing firm CMD, brand partnerships with lifestyle brands are a trend that is anticipated to continue as technology companies like Zoom look to enter the mainstream.
