Zoom Video Communications, Inc. and Genesys, customer experience orchestration firm, have expanded their partnership to help businesses deliver customer experience by building upon their integration between Zoom Phone and Genesys Cloud CX.
The products, when combined, will give businesses a cloud contact center and UC solution that will allow teams to better communicate in order to meet client needs. Genesys says that it will enable its global direct and indirect channel to provide the combined Zoom Phone plus Genesys Cloud CX solution as part of the businesses’ expanded agreement.
Genesys claims that their integrated Zoom Phone and Genesys Cloud CX solution will actively enable indirect and direct channels.
