Zendesk has recently announced its new Support and Sales Suites – expanding service-first CRM solutions. It will help businesses build customer relationships by allowing sales and service teams to connect with their users’ customers in real-time. To meet modern customer expectations, Zendesk will provide B2B companies to take a conversational approach. The tool will give the agents a relevant context to continue a conversation when customers contact the company.
The company also announced that its new suite would have various social messaging channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, etc. included. It is powered by Sunshine Conversations – its conversational business platform built on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
